At Interview Coder, we strive to provide the best service possible. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers.
Refund Policy
General Refund Terms
All fees paid for our Services are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Terms of Service or as required by applicable law. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If the Services are unavailable due to technical problems on our end and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
- Service Termination: If we terminate your account for our material breach, you may receive a pro-rated refund for unused Services
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the Services during your subscription period
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with interview outcomes (as we provide assistance tools, not guaranteed results)
- Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at abdulla@interviewcoder.com
- Include your account email, order number, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots if applicable
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for us to review your request
We will respond to your request within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Account Settings: Log into your account and navigate to the subscription management page
- Email Request: Send a cancellation request to abdulla@interviewcoder.com
Cancellation Terms
- Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Access Continuation: You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No Partial Refunds: Canceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion
- Auto-Renewal: Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund current charges
Auto-Renewal Opt-Out
To prevent auto-renewal, you must cancel at least 30 days before your next billing date. If you cancel within 30 days of renewal, you may be charged for the next billing period.
Reactivation
If you cancel your subscription and wish to reactivate it later, you can do so at any time. Your previous data may be retained according to our data retention policy, but we cannot guarantee availability of all historical data.
Free Trial Cancellation
If we offer a free trial period, you can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Account Deletion
Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us separately at abdulla@interviewcoder.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
